In Wired Magazine (19.10), a recent article described Apple’s Steve Jobs as the perfect chief executive. The article stated, “Jobs defied the Innovator’s Dilemma with hit after hit.” As the late, great icon’s era with Apple comes to a close, the company has a new challenge: finding a successor.
