The school of informatics at Indiana University has many degree programs which are well designed. I was a master's student of the bioinformatics program and benefited immensely from it. The balanced proportion of the multidisciplinary subjects makes it a well designed course structure. Various research opportunities with highly experienced professors at IU gave me the exposure I needed to secure a job in the Biotech Industry. I work at Asuragen Inc, Austin (www.asuragen.com).
