"A Guide to the Preparation of Theses and Dissertations" is provided by the IUPUI Graduate Office for students in IU graduate schools. Most of the formatting rules you must follow are established here. Exceptions are listed under Informatics Thesis Format.
IU Style Guide
The IU Style Guide is published by IU Bloomington and sets conventions to follow in general IU communications.
