Important Notes:

1    This two-year plan is intended only for students who are taking three courses (9 cr.) per semester. Part time students should take those courses that are available each semester to fulfill their requirements.

2      Only one of the four electives can be taken from outside the School of Informatics, unless approved by both the student's advisor and program director. Also note: Student taking the MAS Research Emphasis must replace one of their elective with I575 Research Design.

3      Students prepare a thesis or project that includes supporting documentation, as well as a final public defense / presentation. In either case, students are required to prepare a proposal that is approved by their advisor and committee chair before beginning their final project or thesis research.
