SOI associate dean featured in local TV news report on teen texting

Anthony Faiola, interim executive associate dean, IU School of Informatics at IUPUI, played an important role in a recent TV news special report about teenagers and cellphone texting.
The report, entitled "Protecting Your Texting Teen", examined the phenomenon of text messaging and the potential for abuse or worse when used inappropriately. Dr. Faiola was tapped by WXIN-TV for his expertise in digital communication.
