Introduction
Beth directs the Career Services Office for the Indiana University, School of Informatics, Indianapolis campus. The office handles undergraduate and graduate student career planning and advising, the credit internships program, networking and event development related to career development, employer counseling on internship program start-up and ongoing best practices, and administration of the job posting system for internships, full-time, freelance, and part-time positions for the school. In 2005 when she joined the school she developed the curriculum for the undergraduate career planning and credit internship courses and began the development of the first career services office for students and employers at the school. In addition to directing the office she sits on the IUPUI Career Services Council and provides communication across campus to provide opportunities for all IUPUI students.

Biography
Before joining the Informatics staff in 2005, Haggenjos was an associate director of Career Services for the Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, Indianapolis (2002-2005). At Kelley Beth managed the for-credit and non-credit internship program, advised the Kelley Honors Academy, career-counseled students in career planning, recruited employers to campus, counseled employers on starting internship programs and employment practices, and provided Myers-Briggs Type Indicator workshops to students. Haggenjos was on the Board of Governors of the Midwest Cooperative Education Internship Association (since 2003) in roles such as Indiana state director, Conference Co-chair and Membership Chair. She was also a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers and the Midwest Association of Colleges and Employers. Beth was featured several times locally in The Indianapolis Star, Indiana Business Journal, The Sagamore (campus newspaper) and interviewed by the New York Times. Prior to coming to Kelley Beth worked with in the recruiting/sales industry for two years that dealt with hiring for both full-time and temporary positions.
