Mark Larew is a Senior Human Factors Engineer at Indesign, LLC in Indianapolis. At Indesign, and in his former position with Bell Laboratories, he has represented the user’s point of view in the design of a variety of electronic products. He has conducted studies to observe and analyze the interactions of representative users with products. He has also been responsible for the development of customer instruction materials and assessment of the usability of these materials.
